Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) is a display device consisting of organic emitting compounds.
Thin, light, flexible, and transparent display suitable for car display and AR/VR. Used for illumination as well since it emits light similar to natural light.

Doosan Solus has independently developed OLED materials, new functional materials, and QD materials through continuous R&D for over 10 years, leading the global display materials market. It also plans to expand its business lines steadily by developing products for materials for electronic devices related to the 4th-generation industries, including semiconductor chips and battery.

Structure of OLED

OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) is,

kind of emitting element based on organic compound, a next-generation display device made of liquid crystal that can emit light by itself.

Electrons and holes injected from both sides react upon contact with the emitting layer. The OLED display is created as the reaction generates light and heat.

The OLED display has merits such as high brightness, efficiency, wide view angle, and superior color representation. It also features high operating speed at low voltage.
Diverse display devices can be made as it emits light without any back light.

    We produce high-purity materials using latest synthetic equipment and advanced techniques.

    Sublimation
    Primary products so recovered are refined into high purity using a vacuum sublimation purifier. High purity and yield are achieved based on sublimation purification know-how accumulated for a long time.

    Packing, forming, and shipment
    Products refined into high purity are packed and shipped as desired by the customers.

Doosan Solus develops various materials based on accumulated data since the early days of OLED.
